Day 5: Mission Debrief

Over the past few days, you’ve taken on three major lunar missions:

  • Lunar surveillance
  • Hazard avoidance
  • Sample gathering.

Now it’s time to reflect on what you learned, with a focus on your coding process. You will create a short presentation using the slideshow provided (click here to make a template) with one slide for each mission.

Each slide should include a screenshot of the code you used to accomplish the task, along with a brief explanation of how the code works and what you learned from the process.

For each mission, start by pasting a clear screenshot of your final or most successful code. Then, write two to three sentences explaining what the code does, how it helped you complete the mission, and what challenges you faced in getting it to work.

Be honest—if something didn’t work at first, describe what you changed and how you improved it.

This presentation is your chance to show not just what your rover did, but how you solved problems and developed your coding skills along the way. This is for your reflection, but if time remains, you may present to the class as well!

Additionally, share your presentation link using the QR code below.  In the “Subject” area, include your first name and/or your team members’ names. Click here to see all uploaded presentations.
