Day 1 (Open Door Challenge)
Instructions (Part I): In the initial build video, the ROV operator opens a door using a fabricated wire hanger attachment as shown in the images below. Your team’s challenge is to repeat this process (just the opening door portion). You may use the same attachment, or build your own attachment to accomplish this task using any of the materials provided. You may need to alter the location of your camera to perform this task accurately.
Instructions (Part II): Record and upload a video of your ROV, with camera on, successfully opening the door. Capture the ROV moving AND the vision output of the door opening. Type the first names of each team member in the “Subject” area. A QR code is provided below for ease of upload.
