Instructions (Part I): Carefully study the below video and compare it to the method you outlined previously on your sheet of paper. 

Instructions (Part II): Construct your filter using information from your initial brainstorm and ideas in the above video.  Test your filter by running through your own “polluted water” making note of any revisions that need to be made. (“polluted water” = your own mixture of materials such as soil, grass clippings, food coloring, dish soap, baking soda, salt/pepper, orange rinds, and/or any other materials that you feel will help to simulate dirty water).
