Instructions (Part II): Find a flat area where you can measure the velocity of each car. Use a meter stick to mark a 2-meter stretch. Measure the time it takes for each car to travel this distance. Calculate the velocity of each car in meters per second (m/s) by dividing the distance by the time, and record the results in your notebook. Conduct 4 trials for each car. Calculate the average velocity of each car by adding up the total velocities for that car and dividing by 4.
