Part 1: Many of the processes you’ve observed, such as the bubbles from Alka-Seltzer reacting with water, water electrolysis, and the upcoming oxidation of steel wool, involve chemical reactions that follow the “Law of Conservation of Mass.” This law states that all matter that enters a reaction must also exit.
